Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on opened or used toys.
Oops — we’ll make it right! If you received the wrong product or variation, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.
